Great Experience 
I hate buying cars!!! I have had many bad experiences in the past and when I recently needed to trade my car in, I was dreading the process. I stopped at seveal dealerships and my worst fears were confirmed when I was practically tackled at one dealership by an overly aggressive sales representative.

However, when I stopped at Mooresville Ford, I was more than pleasantly surprised. Vivien and Sumner were extremely helpful and did not try to pressure me in to buying anything. In fact, they showed me multiple options and even let me drive my new Lincoln MKX for a day before I made a final decision.

They made the entire process extremely easy. From the financing, clean-up, paperwork, etc... they were quick, polite and thorough. This was truly one of the best experiences I have had with a purchase in a very long time and I have been in Sales for 27 years and can truly appreciate a professional when I see one.

So, I wanted to send this to recognize a job well done. I would strongly recommend Mooresville Ford to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. Sumner's leadership is obvious when you walk in the door as everyone there handles themselves in a very professional manner.

Compliment to Scott Hamilin and the Collision Center 
I am writing this letter as a complinment to Mr. Scott Hamilin, Collision Center Manager. I brought my 2002 Ford Expediditon there to have him look at it for damage sustained from a rear-end collision. Scott was honest, knowledgeable and handled himself in a professional manner. From the beginning at crawling underneath for inspection to explaining the damage and repair to completing the work.

I wish to also add that Joe was polite and pleasant young gentleman that gave me a a ride to my place of employement on the day I dropped off my vehicle as the insurance company didn't have my rental car ready. When I came to pick up my vehicle up Ms. Paula at the front desk a the office was pleasant as well.

 

Overall my experience with your collision service departmetn was excellent, mainly due to Mr. Scott Hamilin's complete handling of my claim. He should be recognized for this professioalism and honesty.

Thank you so much for the wonderful and very fast service of your staff. We are very grateful. 
On the night of Sept. 20th, my car, 2007 Lincoln Town Car, became disabled right off Exit 36 of Rte. 77. We were on the way from New York to a family funeral in Cornelius when our car began to overheat. We found a phonebook withyour # and called about service and was told very politely by Cynthia that service was closed but if we could get the car there, we could leave it safely overnight to be looked at the following morning. When we arrived, Cynthia was very helpful in taking all our information along with a promise that I would hear from the service dept. first thing in the morning of the 21st. Josh Kreinbrink called promptly at 8:00 the next morning asking permission to diagnose the problem (which we gave). By 2:00 that day, Josh called telling of the problems, the repairs & the estimated costs. He was so very helpful, even looking up my model car and found that a portion was still under warranty. This email is to applaud the service and pleasantness of the staff involved. Under the sad circumstances of our trip, they made the entire experience much more bearable and fixed the problems so that we would have no further trouble on our way back to NY on Sunday after the funeral.

To Larry Cheeks, a very special Thank You for his patience while I waited and watched for my next vehicle to purchase. Body Shop 
After the recent hailstorm, my 2009 Ford Mustang suffered extensive hail and debris damage. I brought it to Mooresville Ford s Body Shop to obtain an estimate. Unfortunately, twice within a year I've had occasion to need a body shop. On both occasions I used Mooresville Ford's body shop. Once for my wife's Explorer and recently for my Town Car. Service 
They have one of the best service centers in the area. I recently had new tires installed, as well as an alignment. With Ford's current tire sell, and price matching, I saved over 100 dollars. Also, I had a exhaust backpressure check test performed and unfortunately the o2 sensor was stripped; they retapped the manifold free of charge. (common problem on my car, Mazda 3).
